Organically grown, single origin from the Junín region of Chhanchmayo, Peru.
This coffee is Directly Traded with a Co-op in the Chhanchmayo region, and is considered Peru’s finest coffee. This roast is known for slightly nutty tones with fine acidity and a bright finish. We added these beans to our repertoire after one of our brokers suggested that it would complement our roasting philosophy of premium beans lightly roasted. We enjoy it because it is simple, sweet, and earthy in the cup.
