From where the coffee culture began in the 14th century, natural processed Ethiopian Sidamo is said to be the finest from the African continent. This organically grown coffee has a unique earthy, grassy profile with lemon and berry like brightness. In the cup this coffee starts off with bright acidity, finishing with flowery and lemony notes. We like this coffee because of the strong berry flavors that shine through, particularly raspberries, and it is really good with dark chocolate.
